Job Description

We are looking for a fleet manager who will be responsible for the efficient management of our modern fleet of approximately 80 vehicles and 150 trailers.

You play a crucial role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance and work closely with our in-house maintenance team and the scheduling department. Thanks to your organizational skills and technical expertise, you ensure that our vehicles are available for use as much as possible, with minimal downtime and optimal cost control.

· Management and monitoring of the entire fleet (tractors, semi-trailers, and trailers)

· Close collaboration with the in-house garage for maintenance, repairs, and inspections

· Coordination with the schedule to ensure vehicle availability

· Tracking maintenance schedules, inspections, and legal requirements

· Analysis of consumption, wear and tear, and costs to improve efficiency

· Managing and optimizing vehicle management processes

· Liaising with suppliers, regulatory agencies, and external partners

· Administrative follow-up of insurance claims, inspections, and documentation

· Tire Management

· Invoice processing for roadside assistance

Profile

· You have a strong interest in transportation and technology

· You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner

· You communicate easily with drivers, dispatchers, and technicians

· You have a solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for efficiency

· At least 5 years of experience in fleet management, the automotive industry, or the transportation sector

· Basic knowledge of maintenance and technology is a plus

· A CE driver's license is a plus, but not required
